Eat less eat more, Eat more eat less...........

Health is state of complete physical, mental and the absence of disease. Health plays a major role to survival on the earth. money will not give us a better health only it depends on your daily diet. Nutritious food will help to maintain your healthy body.

DIET:  Diet has a powerful yet complex effect on health.

Food:  Food is anything solid or liquid which when swallowed, digested and nourishes the body.
Nutrition:  The process of eating correct type of food to your body requirements. so, you can grow properly and that influence your body.


Eat less eat more, Eat more eat less...

           Nutrition motto is "Eat less eat more, Eat more eat less" Eat more eat less- when we are eating more food at a time it will gives some symptoms like stomach tightness, some problem in respiration. we are continuing this habit we are facing some health problems like obesity, asthma, atherosclerosis and then we are decreasing our life span there is no life to eat. correct. Eat less eat more- when we are taking food in small and frequent meals it will regulate our body functions regularly it will give some extension of our lifespan. so, we can eat more because we have more life span...
